Black Rebel Motorcycle club is and American garage rock band from Los Angeles California. Led by singer/ guitarist Peter Hayes the band is known for its blues like sounds, and heavier garage rock sounds. They are a very dynamic and bring in somewhat of a blues revival with their music. Their newest CD Baby 81 is absolutely fantastic with typical catchy hooks, and their usual religiously inspired lyrics. I suggest you check them they are full of new and exciting things in music. They bring alot of new ideas to music and are really exceptional to listen to.

Circa Survive is a young band from Philadelphia. They recently released their 2nd full length album called "On Letting Go." It was produced and recorded at Equal Vision Records. Anthoney Green provides high pitch energetic lyrics for the band, and he is supported by a hard rocking group of four. Circa Survive is very dynamic and can reach two different styles of music, they can be slow and somehwta soulful or fast with an edge. They are extreme;y talented and are touring for "On Letting Go" right now and I suggest you look into them now.

FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND

This hard rock quartet is raging rock band out of Wales, United Kingdom. Led by powerful grundge type lyrics from singer Matt Davies, and incredible powerful heavy guitar lines Funeral for a Friend will be a band to watch for a long time. They just finished their third complete album named "Tales Don't Tell Themselves." It is a very good album and this band keeps getting better and better as they progress. But if you want to here their best music I'd advise buying their second album titled "Hours" it is phenomenal.

This five piece rock band from Brooklyn, New York is taking the hard edge rock scene by storm. Led by former MovieLife singer Vinnie Caruana the band released their self titled album in 2004. The music is extremely energetic and melodic. The music is turbulant and full of awesomely written lyrics and riffs. They sound like Senses Fail, Silverstein and other hard egde rock groups.
